ALVERMANN srl specialises in finishing work on plastic and die-cast moulds. Always keeping quality and precision of service as its main objectives, it offers its customers, which include companies of international standing, work in the following sectors:
- Die polishing, diamond polishing and lapping
- Laser, plasma and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding
- Mould assembly
Every process is carried out using specialised high-tech machinery for small and large moulds.
For the assembly of the latter, the plant has a twin-beam overhead crane with a capacity of 10 tonnes.
Polishing and dressing moulds
Alvermann takes care of mould polishing, carried out manually by our specialised staff. Thanks to our experience, we offer customers a high standard of quality.
Polishing takes place in a dedicated department and ranges from simple technical polishing to specialised mirror polishing.
Laser and tig welding
The welding department has 3 processing methods at its disposal: TIG, Plasma and Laser.
Alvermann is able to respond promptly to customer requirements with joint and filler welding on moulds, bodies and machine components of any size, especially for large moulds either at the customer’s premises or in its own workshop.
Mould assembly
Assembly, maintenance, adjustments, consultancy and servicing of moulds can be carried out in the workshop, where Alvermann boasts several well-equipped stations, or, on request, at the customer’s premises. All thanks to the versatility, availability and 30 years of expertise of a team of professionals.
